CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Your apartment will be ready for you from approx. 4 pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Should you be arriving late, please let us know in advance.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:30am.
Advance Payment
Your reservation will be confirmed after a payment of 30% of the bill.
Payment
The rest of the bill, including village tax and cleaning fee, will be payable one week before your arrival.
Short-notice bookings can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Village tag
for guests over 14: € 1,80 per day/person
Cancellations
Cancellation fees are in line with the Austrian Hotel Association:
- up to three months before your stay: no fee
- up to one month before your stay: 30% of the bill
- up to one week before your stay: 70% of the bill
- during the week before your stay: 90% of the bill
- for late arrivals or early departures, the whole bill will have to be paid.
- Cancellations must be made in written form
We recommend a cancellation/travel insurance.
