The apartment is located in Madseit on the top floor of the Guesthouse Jöchler in the holiday region Tux/Hintertuxer Gletscher. The view from the balcony is unobstructed, the valley station of the lifts in Hintertux is 3 km away and the ski area Zillertal 3000 can be reached in a few minutes with the free ski bus. The bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. The best way to start your hiking adventures is right on your doorstep. A cross-country skiing trail and hiking trail, the Tuxbach adventure trail for children or sporty mountain bike routes are so close that you can leave your car on holiday once you arrive. Two parking spaces are available for this purpose.

The approx. 100 sqm large apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2019. It is ideal for families or couples, complete with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room, two comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Underfloor heating provides for a pleasant room climate, and design was key when refurbishing the apartment – as you will notice. The balcony faces south-west and can be accessed from the kitchen and living room. For your ski boots, there is a room with ski boot dryers, and your skis can be stored in lockable ski racks.

In terms of technology, the apartment is also top-notch: There are three Smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms, a bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, as well as free WiFi access to lightning-fast broadband internet.
